Trevor’s 9 Week Shred

Coach Trevor cut from 10.6% body fat to 6.2% in just 9 weeks. In this book you will find every workout he completed to do so. Also included are each day’s macros to guide you through your shred. He treated this like a contest/photo shoot prep. Use this to get ultra-lean in a short time.

Strength & Bodybuilding

This is an eight week program for everyone, from a beginner to the experienced lifter. You will be lifting four days per week. The core lifts are back squat, shoulder press, deadlift and bench press. Accessory lifts for muscle groups are also included.

At Home Workout

Every workout in this book can be completed with just a set of dumbbells and a pull up bar. Even the pull up bar is not necessary if you can get creative! You will get six workouts per week for eight weeks. These workouts are great for every level of fitness!

Daily 100s

This workout is great for a person new to fitness or for someone looking to add an awesome “finisher” to their workout program. Each workout consists of 100 reps of various movements. You will get five workouts each week for eight weeks. All of the workouts can be done with just a set of dumbbells and a pull up bar. Even the pull up bar is not necessary if you can get creative!
