This workout is great for a person new to fitness or for someone looking to add an awesome “finisher” to their workout program. This doesn’t mean the workouts are easy. They will challenge you regardless of your fitness level. Various body weight movements are combined with dumbbell movements to provide a unique challenge each day. Some days are longer than others, but you will always do 100 reps of each movement. This can provide you with a great daily challenge to do with friends! You will get five workouts each week for eight weeks. All of the workouts can be done with just a set of dumbbells and a pull up bar. Even the pull up bar is not necessary if you can get creative!
